The Conference will be held at a former Monastery (nowadays 'Leerhotel Het Klooster'). Students learn on a Action Learning way their skills in the fields of gastronomy and hospitality.

As much learning happens in the hallway between sessions as in the workshop sessions themselves. All the session rooms are co-located to make transitions between sessions seamless as well as to maximize the amount of time you have to “unpack” what you have learned during keynotes and workshops.
